David graduated from Oxford University with a history degree and qualified as a solicitor in June 1975 having done his training and early practice in his home county of Lancashire before moving to a commercial firm in the City of London and thereafter becoming a partner in Buckinghamshire. David subsequently moved to Suffolk and joined Norton Peskett Solicitors in November 2001 to run the Southwold office before transferring to the Lowestoft office in 2008.
He has dealt with a variety of legal work but now specialises in Probate, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and allied work. David also specialises in equity release as part of estate planning.
He enjoys taking his two Cocker Spaniels for walks in the woods and beaches that abound in the locality (except on a Winter’s morning when the temperature is below zero).
David also spends whatever spare time he has keeping his garden in order, reading and enjoying his catholic taste in music.
"I was made to feel comfortable from the first contact".
