Viv Garner (Criminal Clerk)

Viv Garner is a Police Station Accredited Representative who’s area of specialism is Crime.

She joined Norton Peskett at the Great Yarmouth office in 2002. In a previous life Viv was a Police Officer in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, but left due to the fact that at that time women couldn’t work part time once they had a family.

She took time out to bring up her children and then decided to switch to ‘The Dark Side’ as the defence are refered to by the police.

Being Accredited Viv can represent anyone arrested and in the police station to be interviewed in relation to all criminal offences.

She also sees clients in the office in order to take instructions for cases in the Criminal System.

On a personal basis Viv’s children are now grown up and she lives with her partner and their cat. Her interests include photography, gardening, cookery and seeing as much of the world as she can in the years she has left!
