Annette Collen (Partner) (Commercial)

Annette joined Norton Peskett as a Partner in July 2007.

Previously Annette had worked for a large Norfolk Firm where she had specialised in General Commercial Property matters since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1986.

Annette is based at the Great Yarmouth Office where the Commercial Property Team is located.

Annette’s areas of work include, but are not limited to, the following: -

• Purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties
• Drafting and negotiating business leases for Landlords and Tenants
• Advising on business tenancy security documentation
