Emma Boyce (FILEX) (Wills & Probate)
Emma is a FILEX specialising in Probate and Wills and is based at our Gorleston office.
Emma joined Norton Peskett in November 2002 as a Trainee Legal Executive. Emma was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2006 and was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2008 and is now a Chartered Legal Executive. Emma is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Emma is a member of the national association "Solicitors for the Elderly" (SFE). SFE is an association of lawyers who specialise in legal services for older people and their carers. Members of SFE have a wealth of experience within this key legal area and they are required to have spent a substantial amount of time working for elderly clients. The aim of this national association is to improve the knowledge and service provided on legal issues including tax planning, wills, enduring and lasting powers of attorney, long term social and health care and other retirement issues.
On a personal note, Emma is a keen photographer inspired by her travels around the world. Recently she has developed an interest in dressmaking and design following a trip to India.
Emma also enjoys writing and published an online blog of her travel stories.
