Leanne Griffen (FILEX) (Family)
Leanne joined Norton Peskett in 2002 and has predominantly worked in the Matrimonial & Family Department since that time.
Leanne qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2009 and is now a Chartered Legal Exceutive specialising in all areas of Matrimonial and Family Law including the following:-
- Divorce, Judicial Separation and Dissolution of Civil Partnership
- Co-habitation
- Resolving finances following separation or divorce
- Public Child Care Proceedings
- Children Act proceedings (e.g. residence, contact and Parental Responsibility)
- Protection from Domestic Violence
Outside of work Leanne enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
