Matthew Breeze - Commercial Property
Matthew joined Norton Peskett in October 1994.
Whilst employed by the firm Matthew has undertaken and completed legal studies, being admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in March 2004 and is now a Chartered Legal Executive.
For thirteen years Matthew specialised in Criminal practice. However, in July 2007 he decided to undertake a new challenge and transferred to the firm’s Commercial Property department.
Matthew now deals exclusively with Commercial Property transactions.
Matthew specialises in all areas of Commercial Property work, including but not limited to:
• Commercial Property (freehold and leasehold)
• Grant and renewal of commercial leases and other associated deeds or licences
• Acquisition and Disposal of businesses
• Option Agreements
• Commercial Finance
On a personal note, Matthew is a keen supporter of football, and has been a season ticket holder at Norwich City Football club since 1997. Matthew’s hobbies include playing football, spending time with his family, fishing, sailing and playing the saxophone
