Residential Conveyancing  The Conveyancing department deals with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and freehold or leasehold property. Our aim is to provide an efficient professional service to make your transaction as stress free as possible.

Criminal Department   The department is predominantly defence based department dealing with cases ranging from shoplifting to murder. They operate predominantly out of the Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Courts and the Norwich and Ipswich Crown Courts. The department also prosecutes on an occasional basis for certain Government agencies.

Family Department   The family department provides legal advice and support in all areas of relationship breakdown and planning. Family advice is available from all of Norton Peskett’s offices.

Personal Injury   We offer No Win No Fee, which means our clients keep 100% of their compensation. We rarely advertise as we are constantly recommended by our clients and we are more than happy to discuss a potential claim with you completely free of charge to establish whether you have a case which would be likely to succeed.

Business and Employment   The team deals with a broad range of businesses – large and small, and has national and local clients. We seek to offer structured and commercial advice.

Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates   The department offers legal advice in all areas of traditional Private Client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Administration of Estates. Our friendly, efficient and professional service is available from each of Norton Peskett’s offices.
