We do not charge for enquiries. If we assess that your claim has reasonable prospects of success we will then discuss the funding of your case. In most cases we are able to offer a “no win no fee”. We will then take appropriate steps to obtain all necessary evidence, including medical reports, required to prove and substantiate your claim for compensation. For many clients we are able to arrange private treatment to aid recovery and avoid waiting lists on the NHS.

Because all personal injury claims are governed by a limitation period it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible regarding a potential claim. We do not charge success fees to clients as some Claims Management Companies do so the amount you are awarded is the amount that you will receive. Only in exceptional circumstances will you be required to make a contribution in relation to costs and disbursements.
