There are many circumstances that may give rise to a claim, but every claim is unique.

If you have suffered an accident at work, a road traffic accident, slipping or tripping accident or you are suffering from an industrial disease we would like to hear from you.

We do not charge for enquiries. If we assess that your claim has reasonable prospects of success we will then discuss the funding of your case. You will need to check whether you have legal expenses insurance but if not in most cases we are able to offer a no win no fee. We will then take appropriate steps to obtain all the necessary evidence, including medical reports, required to prove and substantiate your claim for compensation.

Our specialist Personal Injury Department will offer you an honest and efficient service and we always aim to achieve as high a settlement as possible for individuals. We do not charge success fees to clients as some Claims Management companies do so the amount you are awarded is the amount that you will receive. Only in exceptional circumstances will you be required to make a contribution in relation to costs and disbursements.

Norton Peskett is a well established local firm. It is not always necessary for you to have to come into the office as we do deal with many cases on the telephone, or by e-mail, as well as in person. We are therefore able to act for individuals who are not local to our offices.
