Elderly Client Services

We deal with all aspects of planning for retirement and have extensive experience in providing a full range of elderly client services.

Our services include:-
• The advising upon and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and we are often asked to act as attorneys for clients
• Court of Protection applications; our team has extensive experience in acting for Deputies and we are often asked to act as Deputies when there is no family member who can act
• Advice on nursing or residential home contracts
• We can advise on family arrangements and property matters to make sure your affairs are arranged in such a way to provide for your future care in retirement

We offer our Elderly Client Services at all of our offices and will ensure that you clearly understand all the issues concerned in order that you can make an informed decision.
