Employment

We offer one of the few dedicated employment departments in the area. We advise employers and employees and conduct Employment Tribunal and County and High Court employment related matters. We aim to deal with all our advocacy in house: your case will not be passed over to a barrister a few days before that all important hearing.

Services we offer include:

• Drafting contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Advice on redundancies or dismissals for conduct or performance
• Advice on handling long term illness or stress cases
• Bringing or defending cases of Wrongful or Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Wages claims and many others before the Tribunal
• Settlement of disputes, including drafting or advising on compromise agreements.
• Conduct cases on no win, no fee where appropriate.
