Our skilled teams have day to day experience of all aspects of work relating to business properties.  We deal with a broad range of diverse businesses large and small, covering the full spectrum of care homes, pubs, hotels, retail premises, residential and commercial developments, barn conversions, corner shop and guest house owners. 

We care about our clients and their businesses and offer creative, structured and commercial advice.  Whenever appropriate we like to visit our clients at their premises to get a feel for not just what their business involves but also to understand better how they would like us to deal with their affairs.  We believe in the personal approach and pride ourselves in the Commercial Property Team that wherever possible the person who takes on the matter will see it through to its conclusion.  We understand that no two commercial property transactions are the same and we try to tailor make our service to the individual clients needs where we can.

We aim to offer value for money too.  We do not claim to be the cheapest and in fact we do not try to be, but we are competitive and we will be flexible.  If you are too busy to see us during normal office hours, meetings outside of these times can be arranged.
