Nicola joined Norton Peskett in 2004 and works within the Personal Injury Department as a Chartered Legal Executive. Nicola has worked in Litigation since leaving college in 1997, initially starting as a Junior Legal Secretary. Having followed the ILEX route to qualification, Nicola obtained her ILEX Level 3 and ILEX Level 4 Professional Diplomas in Law and subsequently qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.

Nicola has conducted a wide range of successful claims for compensation on behalf of clients who have sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of another and obtained settlements for physical and psychological injury as well as fatal accidents, life changing accidents and industrial disease claims. Nicola is also able to assist clients with claims for compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

Nicola has secured compensations for clients ranging from £1,000 to £385,000, most recently securing a settlement of £385,000 following an accident on the road.

Nicola can discuss and attempt to arrange rehabilitation needs where necessary and carefully considers all aspects of a client’s needs attempting as far as possible to put the client in the position they would have been in had it not been for the accident.

Outside of work Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, attending the gym, photography and socialising.
