Tracey specialises in Probate & Wills in our Great Yarmouth office and has considerable experience dealing with various matters within that field including but not limited to:

  • Wills
  • Estate Planning
  • Administration of Estates
  • Court of Protection Applications; and
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

Tracey became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in May 1996 and is now a Chartered Legal Executive; concentrating in Probate. She is an Affilitated member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Although having practised law in Lincolnshire for several years, first in Conveyancing and then as a Wills and Probate Manager, Tracey is a local girl and returned to her roots when she joined Norton Peskett Solicitors in June 2006.

Personally, Tracey has always enjoyed music and singing. She has also finally decided to fulfill a lifelong ambition of learning to play the acoustic guitar……..her neighbours decided to move after hearing of this announcement………..
