Commercial Property Fee Earner

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our team in Great Yarmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with the potential of progression for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be expected to:-

  • Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions
  • Deliver excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases
  • Support and collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals

You will have:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Five Years PQE
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently is essential

The role is full time, and a permanent contract is on offer. The role is not compatible with remote working and the successful candidate will need to be office based. Experience is essential with a competitive remuneration package available.

Law Graduate/Trainee or Newly Qualified Fee Earner – Family Department

We are recruiting for a Law Graduate or Newly Qualified Fee Earner to join our Family Department at our Lowestoft office. A law degree is essential, and the LPC is preferred for the Trainee position. Newly qualified solicitors are also encouraged to apply and all other necessary training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:-

  • Arranging appointments and attend to new, current and former clients addressing their queries including:
    • Obtaining instructions and advising on courses of action, case length and costs (as appropriate)
    • Drafting and/or dictating correspondence to clients, court, solicitors, counsel and other third-parties, including Statements, Notices, Applications, and other Legal documents/forms
    • Arranging and attending meetings and conferences
    • Negotiation on clients’ behalf
  • Ensuring efficient day-to-day progress of all matters, prioritising work as necessary and keeping the client informed of progress
  • Participation in marketing activities on a firm wide, departmental or office basis
  • Manage financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures
  • Accurately record all work carried out on the firm’s time recording system where relevant

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Law degree (essential)
  • LPC (preferred for Trainee)
  • Newly qualified solicitors with a strong interest in family law are encouraged to apply
