Paul’s career in conveyancing started in 1994 at another well respected local firm. He joined Norton Peskett in 2002 and has always specialised in residential conveyancing. Paul is a Chartered Legal Executive having qualifed as a Fellow in 2006.

Paul made history by becoming the first non Solicitor Partner to be appointed at Norton Peskett since the firm was founded in the early 1830s.

Paul was born in Great Yarmouth and has vast personal knowledge of the local area which is of great benefit when dealing with Property and associated matters.

Paul specialises in all areas of Residential Property work including, but not limited to:

  • Selling and Buying Property whether Leasehold or Freehold
  • Re-Mortgaging
  • Buy To Let Acquisitions
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Deeds of Trust relating to Equity
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Plot and New Development Sales

Paul is married and has two young children. He enjoys spending his free time socialising with his friends and family. When he gets the chance Paul enjoys swimming and also attending the occasional football match.
