Daphne Khoo

Daphne qualified as a Solicitor in June 2023 and joined Norton Peskett in October 2023. Prior to this, she was a practicing Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia dealing primarily in medium to high value litigation disputes for individuals and multinational companies. She has extensive experience in advocacy work ranging from the small courts up to the Court of Appeal.

In 2020 to enable her to pursue her passion for family law and to be able to work more closely with her clients, she came to the United Kingdom. In the last 2 years, Daphne has been working exclusively in family law and has built a following of happy clients. Daphne speaks 3 languages namely English, Malay and Chinese.

Daphne’s main area of work is in private client family work including co-habitation disputes, divorce, financial relief and children matters. She also has experience in dealing with non-molestation and occupation orders, as well as other ancillary applications.

Outside of work, Daphne enjoys travelling and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
