Lisa is the HR Officer at Norton Peskett Solicitors. Lisa joined the Practice in 1991 as a Junior Receptionist, and has since worked in various roles across the firm including Secretarial/PA Support and Credit Control.
Lisa works closely with Adrian Buck, the Practice Manager and is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the Practice’s six offices.
Lisa’s passion is assisting leadership teams and working collaboratively with front line managers, in building positive behaviours and creating an inclusive culture and environment in which all employees are proud to be a part of.
